Frequently Asked Questions
What is the booking process?
Send us a message through my contact page with the class you are interested in, number of people and best days and times for your schedule. I’ll respond same day or next day. Once we agree on a time and date, I’ll send you a link to reserve the class online. Please note all classes are private bookings.
What days and times are available to book?
I run classes M-Thur with start times between 10am and 3pm and on Sa/Su with start times between 1030am and 2pm.
Who can attend your classes?
Any adult over 18 years old. Only students who are enrolled and paid for may attend the class.
Where are classes held?
I teach out of my home in the Mission area of San Francisco. My kitchen is spacious, well equipped, brightly lit and clean.
Will I need to bring anything?
Pen and notebook if you want to take notes during class, but other than that, everything is provided for you.
Are the classes hands on?
Everything we do is fully hands on. It’s not the type of hands on where one person chops an onion and another stirs the pot. You will complete your project from start to finish and take your finished product home with you.
Can you accommodate allergies or food preferences?
Let us know before booking if you have food allergies or other concerns. We may or may not, depending on the class and the change required, be able to assist. All known food allergens such as wheat, soy, nuts etc… are routinely used in our kitchen.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel a class with 8 or more days notice for a full refund. With less than 7 days notice, we do not provide any sort of refund, credit, partial credit or rescheduling. If you cannot make a class, you can send another adult in your place. At no time or under any circumstances are there any exceptions to this policy. If you do not agree to this policy or are uncomfortable with the policy, then please do not book a class. If for any reason I need to cancel a class, I will promptly provide a full refund.
